1. Please use Godox firmware upgrade software G3 V1.1 or later to open this firmware file to proceed with the upgrade. G3 can be downloaded on the official website.
2. How to check the version number:After the device is powered on, go to the menu page and find the device information at the very end. You can see the software version number ( e.g. Version 1.00: V1.00 ).
3. iT32 upgrade instructions: Method 1.In the powered-off state, press and hold the SET button, then insert the USB interface to connect to the computer and proceed with the upgrade. Method 2.After powering on the device, enter the menu, find the device information, connect the computer via a USB cable, and then click on firmware upgrade.Please do not perform the firmware upgrade operation when the battery power is low.
4. X5 upgrade instructions: Mount X5 on the powered-off iT32, press and hold the power switch button of iT32 to turn it on, X5 will automatically upgrade if it’s not the latest version.The X5L and X5Cm models need to upgrade the firmware of iT32 to version 1.16 or above in order to function properly.
