1. Please update the firmware with Godox firmware update software Godox G3 version 1.1 or later, which can be downloaded from the official Godox website.
2. How to check the version number:After the device is powered on, go to the menu page and find the device information at the very end. You can see the software version number ( e.g. Version 1.00: V1.00 ).
3. Upgrade method: Method 1.After powering on the device, enter the menu, find the device information, connect the computer via a USB cable, and then click on firmware upgrade. Method 2.In the powered-off state, press and hold the MENU button, then insert the USB interface to connect to the computer and proceed with the upgrade.
